Somos la unión de la experiencia en el café y el amor por la naturaleza, por mas de 40 años nuestras fincas son el fruto del esfuerzo de generación tras generación, cultivando las tierras de la provincia del Sumapaz en el departamento de Cundinamarca, somos la continuación de los procesos conservando y protegiendo la naturaleza, con la convicción que podemos sembrar y cosechar en ella sin destruirla. Cultivamos nuestro café sobre los 1500 hasta los 1700 msnm en el municipio de fusagasugá bajo sombra, consiguiendo así sacar lo mejor de la tierra fertilizando de manera orgánica sin el uso de agroquímicos, al tiempo que reforestamos los lotes sembrados con especies nativas propias de la región generando unos espacios vitales para la fauna nativa donde compartimos nuestra formas de vida y brindamos a otras especies un sitio donde establecerse.
We are the union of experience in coffee and love for nature, for more than 40 years our farms are the fruit of the effort of generation after generation, cultivating the lands of the province of Sumapaz in the department of Cundinamarca, we are the continuation of the processes conserving and protecting nature, with the conviction that we can sow and harvest in it without destroying it. We grow our coffee from 1,500 to 1,700 meters above sea level in the municipality of Fusagasugá in the shade, thus achieving the best of the land by fertilizing organically without the use of agrochemicals, while we reforest the lots planted with native species native to the region generating vital spaces for native fauna where we share our ways of life and provide other species with a place to settle.
Nuestro café es cultivado, procesado y tostado en la región, dando a conocer los aromas y sabores de un café de especialidad donde nos preocupamos por sacar lo mejor de cada planta de café respetando sus ciclos vitales para conseguir granos de una altísima calidad para lograr una tostión donde se destaquen todos sus atributos y podamos compartir nuestros excelentes sabores y aromas de un verdadero café colombiano.
Our coffee is cultivated, processed and roasted in the region, making known the aromas and flavors of a specialty coffee where we care about getting the best out of each coffee plant respecting its life cycles to obtain high quality beans to achieve a roast where all its attributes stand out and we can share our excellent flavors and aromas of a true Colombian coffee.
